With more businesses looking to outsource their Human Resources, HR Dept have become a fast-growing franchise network made up HR professionals spread across the UK.  But keeping the brand aligned and sharing vital resources was becoming an ever burdensome problem.  Overloaded inboxes and key information stored in multiple locations that aren't easily accessible, led to a lack of consistency in communications and documentation being used.  Collaboration was also difficult, creating a sense of isolation between the 60+ network branches.  Something needed to change.
