We roll out updates to all our customers—old and new—as soon as they're ready, which is usually every few weeks. This means you're always on the latest and greatest version without any extra cost.

You can increase your user count at any time! Just let us know and we'll adjust your user limit, charging you only a pro-rata fee for the extra users for the remainder of your license term. This gives you the flexibility to grow when you need to, rather than paying for users you don't need yet. Plus, as your user count goes up, your price-per-user comes down!

Yes. Your license includes two days (approximately 15 hours) of personalised 1-on-1 onboarding with our HUB experts. We spread these sessions out across your desired launch timeframe to provide hands-on support and guidance as you shape your new intranet.

Because your free trial site becomes your live intranet, you've already hit the ground running! Your HUB is already set up; all we need is your content. We work to your timescales, but most clients launch within 4-6 weeks of signing, once they've added content and built their site structure.

While every standard HUB feature and existing integrations are included, our Single Sign-On (SSO) and User Syncing integrations do have a small annual maintenance fee. Because we're connecting to a third-party solution that will be in continual use, and play a crucial role in connecting your cloud drives and employee data, this flat fee covers the technical setup and occasional updates / maintenance needed to ensure your integration always runs smoothly. These are optional extras and you do not need to implement them - and for small businesses we'd probably recommend that you don't need user syncing and should only require SSO if you need to connect your cloud drive.
