All the time! We're continuously rolling out new features every few weeks, which are released across all our Hubs to all our customers, so everyone can benefit from their use.
Is there an extra cost for upgrades?
Absolutely not! No - all software updates and feature upgrades are included as standard within your Hub's annual license, meaning there's no additional charge to use any new functionality we release.
What support is available for HUB?
Our dedicated customer success team is in-house, so you get to talk to a real person, not a chatbot. Our team is available via email, phone, video call and chat tickets, with an average response time of just 10 minutes. We also give you exclusive access to our Client Support Hub, our dedicated knowledge base for all things Hub.
What's the typical onboarding timeline?
That all depends on your needs. We're super flexible, and will work around your timescales, so whether you want to launch in 10 days or 6 months, we tailor your onboarding sessions and launch plan to suit your desired timeframes.
Typically though, it takes between 2 - 6 weeks for most companies to go live with their Hub. During that time, you get 2 days / 15 hours of onboarding consultancies included in your license, so our team are with you at every step to help you plan for the perfect launch.
