Hub receives best intranet support award

The G2 Spring 2023 Reports are out, and we're thrilled to announce our Customer Success Team has achieved the amazing accolade of winning the 'Best Support' award for delivering the "Highest Quality of Support for a product" - receiving a staggering 100% satisfaction rating!


Not only that, Hub once again was awarded an additional 9 badges across the Employee Engagement, Employee Intranet and Employee Communications categories, firmly establishing Hub as a High Performing Intranet across UK, Europe and the SME Mid-Market regions.


G2's industry recognised reports are unique, in that they use independent customer reviews and user satisfaction ratings to fine the best-of-the-best when it comes to tech solutions. That's why G2's badges mean so much to us here at Hub, because it highlights just how happy our customers are with their Hub, having consistently given us high satisfaction ratings that have helped us maintain our 'High Performer' badges for the past 6 quarters in a row.

For the first time, Hub achieved the HUGE accolade of 'Best Support' badge in the Knowledge Management Software category. G2's Relationship Index Report tracks how successful a product is at building positive relationships with its customers, looking at Likelihood to Recommend, Ease of Doing Business With, and Quality of Support. Overall 9/10 customers said they would 'Highly Likelihood of Recommending Hub', and our 'Quality of Support' received an unbelievable 100%!


Delivering a great intranet product that's easy-to-use and has amazing, useful features is extremely important to us, but more than anything, we believe in delivering an outstanding service to our customers - they are the ones driving our product forward.
